Open Up. Receive the Gift.  Have you ever driven by a bus stop while people are standing in the rain and felt a longing desire to help? Or, have you ever wished you could share an encouraging word with someone in their time of need but couldn’t work up the courage to do so? If so, then Receive the Gift (RTG) is a perfect opportunity to step out and make a difference. It’s a simple concept fueled by a simple act. RTG purchases used umbrella’s (and also blankets for winter), attaches a label with an uplifting scripture from the Bible and leaves them behind in bus stops throughout the city. The label is branded with a bold, stylized uppercase “J” inspired by the traditional curved handle of an umbrella and utilizes an expressive, limitless color palette to compliment its guiding message of hope.
