Wildwood Tree Service (WTS) saw an opportunity to combine their passion for climbing, arborist expertise and a keen entrepreneurial mindset to meet the demand for a professional tree service in the Wildwood, Missouri area. WTS set out to be different from the very beginning – from their level of customer service, their commitment to climbing vs. bucket trucks, and (like music to our ears) their desire to look different than any other tree service. Our approach to their brand combined the look and feel of a military special ops unit, complete with shield, crest and code: “Honor. Integrity. Expertise.” A hardworking, grassroots campaign including the new brand ID/logo, business card, custom-message doorhanger/leave-behind, ValPak ad and vehicle magnets, plus positive customer reviews on neighborhood websites, had their tree service quickly operating at full throttle.
